JOHN MOSCARDELLI, CPA
John Moscardelli, CPA, brings 20 years of healthcare industry experience, including leadership roles in finance, IT, sales, marketing and supply chain with top pharmaceutical companies. Recognized for exceptional performance, he connects classroom theory with real-world business insights. John currently lectures in finance and accounting at a leading Canadian business school, mentoring post-grad international business students. He holds an Honours BA in Economics from York University and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.

Stephen McDermott brings over 25 years of experience in learning and development, with deep expertise in digital learning strategy and instructional design, including 14 years with CIFFA. He currently serves as Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at TraversEd. Stephen is an IATA-certified instructor and has extensive experience designing and delivering multimodal Dangerous Goods training programs for global logistics professionals, spanning air, ocean, and ground transport.
